This Privacy Policy explains how BabyWellMD, Inc. d/b/a uplitMD (“uplitMD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you access or use our websites, guides, video platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

When you create an account, subscribe, contact us, or otherwise use the Services, you may provide:

These providers are authorized to process information only as necessary to provide services to us.
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

protect the rights, property, and safety of uplitMD, our users, or others

uplitMD is an educational platform. We do not provide medical care and we do not want you to submit sensitive personal medical information through the Services.
Do not submit personal medical records, diagnoses, or identifying health details about yourself or a child through open text fields.
If the Services allow users to submit general questions for editorial planning, those submissions are intended to be general and non-identifying.
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Services and understand usage.
Essential: required for account access and basic site functionality
Analytics: helps us understand how users interact with the Services
Marketing/Advertising: helps measure campaigns and (where used) show uplitMD ads on other sites
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If you block certain cookies, parts of the Services may not function properly.
Depending on your location, you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising (sometimes referred to as “sharing” or “sale” under certain laws). We honor applicable opt-out requirements where required.

When you create an account or subscribe, we may send you:

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. You cannot opt out of essential service communications.

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, and operational retention needs (for example, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention records).

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
